Refund policy

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging, when applicable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Please contact us before returning any product. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
